barking babies™ ships worldwide! All items will be traceable and insured for your protection. All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept C.O.D.

* Free shipping within North America on orders over $250! Please note: this does NOT include oversized items such as beds, car seats and carriers, and any custom orders shipping direct by the designer.

Canadian Orders:

We ship using Canada Post Expedited Mail: 7-14 days. Customs orders and orders shipped direct from the manufacturer require 4-6 weeks. We thank you for your patience.

Shipping time does NOT include Saturday, Sunday or any Statutory Holidays. We do our best to have your order to you within 14 days but please note barking babies™ has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier.

If you require quicker delivery - we can ship next day or 2-day or 3-day service via UPS. Please mention this in the Comments box in the Checkout phase of your order. We will contact you for your permission to charge your card for the additional shipping charges.

Shipping costs within Canada in Canadian dollars:

United States Orders:

Best rate to the US from Canada is through Canada Post. We require an additional $10.00 Canadian per order (approximately $8.00 US per order).

US customers are responsible for any customs charges. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs rates. When ordering from outside of Canada, please ensure all address information on your order is complete and correct.

International Orders (not including Canada and US):

All International orders are shipped UPS or Canada Post and require an additional $20.00 Canadian per order. Delivery time is approximately 2-4 weeks. Our International shipping charges are a fair approximation, and in some cases if additional charges are needed we will contact you for your permission to charge your card for the additional shipping charges.

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs rates. When ordering from outside of Canada, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.

Note: If you require quicker delivery we can ship ground service by UPS. Please mention this in the Comments box in the Checkout phase of your order. We will contact you for your permission to charge your card for the additional shipping charges.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages:

Most packages reach their destination without incident but if an item is lost or damaged, please contact barking babies™. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

To avoid exploitation, you must contact us within 45 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.

Undeliverable Parcels:

Any parcel returned for the following reasons; Refused, Unclaimed, Invalid Address, Unknown Address, or Insufficient Address will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the entire purchase price, less shipping fees. Shipping & handling, insurance, packaging and postage fees will not be refunded.

Sales Tax

All Canadian customers are required to pay 5% GST.
All BC residents are required to pay 5% GST and 7% PST.
US and International orders do not pay any sales tax.

Easy Returns

barking babies™ does its best to pick product from around the world that meets our highest level of quality standards. We check every item for quality assurance before shipping to make sure there are no manufacturer defects. If in any case you are not satisfied with your online purchase, barking babies™ will happily exchange your purchase or credit your account within 30 days of receipt. Credits are good for up to 1 year.

For an exchange or online store credit, simply return the original and unused merchandise with Return Form (PDF) that is included in all shipments to:

Once we RECEIVE the returned merchandise and Return Form we will process the exchange or credit. Please do not place a new order for the returned merchandise you would like to exchange as this will be considered a new order and your credit card will be billed.

Shipping charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer. If additional charges are required (exchange is for a higher value item and applicable shipping charges) we will contact you for your permission prior to charging your card for the additional charges.

Items excluded from Return Policy:

1. Doggie damage - we do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges or credit for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original condition. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise.
2. Custom orders - these cannot be exchanged or returned.
3. Sale Items - all "Sale" items are considered non-refundable and are final sales. We mark all of our sale products in RED so please make note of that before making your final decision to purchase.
4. Treats - due to health and safety concerns these items are final sale and non-refundable.
5. Toys - because of age and the type of breed plays an important role in a dog's chewing and playing habits, we cannot guarantee that any toy that we sell will withstand your dog's level of chewing aggression. Therefore, toys are not returnable.
6. Carriers, beds, blankets and dens - due to health and safety concerns, we can not accept returns on these items.

Please note:
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. If a returned item becomes lost, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the post office to recover their loss for their merchandise (barking babies™ is not affiliated with the post office). We always recommend you have your package "tracked" when shipping to avoid any disappointments!

US & International Customers:

As we are located in Canada, when returning merchandise for an exchange or online store credit, we recommend you also track and mark your package clearly as a return/gift so as not to incur any further customs charges. Please contact us at orders@barkingbabies.com if you have any questions.

Using your credit

If you have returned merchandise and have selected "credit my account" on the barking babies™ Return Form, we will issue you a "credit coupon" to be used within 1 year. This coupon will be redeemable once you login to your account.
