We ship using Canada Post. You will have a choice of service during checkout.
Please note that shipping times do not include processing time. Orders generally take 2-3 business days to process. Should there be anything out of stock we will be sure to notify you via phone or email within 1–2 business days. Back-ordered items will be shipped as they arrive at no additional cost.
We do our best to have your order to you within 14 days, but please note barking babies™ has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier. Shipping time does NOT include weekends or any Statutory Holidays.
shipping in USA
Best rate to the US from Canada is through Canada Post. Delivery time is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on the state.
US customers are responsible for any customs and duties charges.
shipping InternationalAll International orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery time is approximately 2-8 weeks, depending on the country.
International customers are responsible for any customs and duties charges.
We do our best to have all of our items in stock.
If for any reason an item you ordered is on back-order (out of stock), you will be notified by email within 1-2 days. We will advise you of the estimated date and confirmation of your choice of a refund or exchange, or for the back-ordered item(s) to be shipped separately (at our cost) when they are back in stock.
If for any reason an item has sold out by the time of your order, you will be notified by email within 1-2 days and will be refunded.
All Canadian customers are required to pay GST, PST or HST based on destination province. US and International orders do not pay any Canadian sales tax.
If in any case you are not satisfied with your online purchase, barking babies™ will happily exchange or refund in the form of store credit within 30 days of receipt of order.
We prefer for you to email us at email@example.com so we can arrange your return or exchange request before you ship anything. Include your order number.
For an exchange or credit, simply return the original and unused merchandise with our return form included in your order to:

Once we receive the returned merchandise with our return form, we will process the exchange or refund through store credit. Please do not place a new order for the returned merchandise you would like to exchange as this will be considered a new order and your credit card will be billed.
Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. barking babies™ is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned through Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the individual and the Post Office, and is not affiliated with barking babies™.
Shipping charges for exchanged or returned orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
returns policyUnused merchandise can be returned except for:
- Doggie damage - we do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges or credit for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original condition. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise.
- Custom orders - these cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Sale Items - all "Sale" items are considered non-refundable and are final sales.
- Treats - due to health and safety concerns these items are final sale and non-refundable.
- Carriers, beds, blankets - due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on these items.
- Shipping charges for returned or exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer.
