Please review our returns policy carefully before placing an order.


returns (canada & united states)

  • returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • approved returns are issued as store credit only

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If you are in Vancouver,  orders may also be returned in person to the barking babies 1188 Homer Street boutique location.

If you are outside the Vancouver area, please email us at info@barkingbabies.com before shipping anything back so we can approve and assist with your return.


international orders

  • international orders are final sale

  • due to shipping costs, customs, and duties, we do not offer refunds on international purchases

  • in rare cases where a return is approved, store credit only will be issued at our discretion

  • customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes


store credit

  • store credit is issued via a digital gift card

  • credit can be used on any future purchase at barking babies

  • store credit does not expire

  • shipping charges are not included in store credit


final sale items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • sale items

  • custom or special orders

  • treats

  • carriers, beds, car seats, and blankets

  • any item that has been worn, used, or damaged

We are not responsible for damage caused by your dog to any merchandise.


condition of returns

Returned items must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • free of pet hair, damage, or odors

  • returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

  • we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method

  • barking babies™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

  • customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier if a package is lost


damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
