The inside is covered with an aluminum sheet to keep the ice packs cold and the case opening is made of velcro, making it easy to to put on & take off, allowing you to quickly insert ice packs when going out in hot weather. A flap is added to the case opening to prevent water droplets from flowing out if they melt inside the case.
